FZCR is planned to become the mechanism which would comprise a few of the brightest Black American Real Estate Broker -Investor minds who know this foreclosure process, the business, the mitigation, intervention, prevention & acquisition process. As a Braintrust & Investment Team, we intend to gain control of the direction of resolvement & acquisitions of properties which are predominately located in Black communities of New York City's five Boroughs.
Founded by its Creator Bryan Russell Garfield, known in the Foreclosure Industry as the "FORECLOSURE TRAVEL KING™ and one of the most knowledgeable Strategic Thinkers in this industry. After recently deciding not to focus on small numbers of homeowners facing foreclosure or one or two properties in a Bank REO portfolio, Bryan decided that he would switch his focus towards helping entire municipalities solve their taxpaying homeowners problems of losing their homes. Furthermore to develop an entity which would become the primary Intermediary, Optionee, Vendee and Purchaser of Black Community Foreclosure properties.
